Boca Raton Real Estate East or West, It Doesn’t Matter…

We love Boca Raton east or west, in a pet friendly condo at Mizner park or living out west in a community like Mission Bay, we would love to help you find what you need.

On our web site you will see a lot of “pop ins” on local businesses and restaurants. This is our chance to show our favorites around town.

When it comes to real estate we will give you our opinion which is based on years of experience.

Home Prices Jumping in Boca Raton in 2019

Comparing list prices from December 2018 to April 2019 we see that the median list price jumped from $375,000 to $429,900.

Average sales price jumping from $386,092 to $510,565 seems like a mistake in the data. We will keep an eye on the next couple of months.

If we examine our 2018 statistics for Boca Raton we see that overall home prices appreciated approximately 5% but with a much higher median price than say Lake Worth or Boynton Beach.

Boca Raton is usually  higher priced than surrounding towns but  is considered a good investment, when it comes to long term real estate appreciation.

Children’s Science Explorium

For kids who love science, this small, indoor area inside Sugar Sand Park will feel a bit like heaven. The hands-on exhibits encourage children 3-12 to explore their environment and perform their own experiments.

Adults will likely want to join in the fun as the exhibits are designed to spark curiosity about how the world works. The venue is not large, so you should probably expect to explore everything in under two hours, but that’s a great deal for free admission.
